Return & Complaints


As a private individual, you have a 30-day right of exchange/withdrawal when shopping online. This means that within 30 days from receiving your package, you can return unused, undamaged items. If an item has been used or handled carelessly, making it unsellable as new, you are obligated to compensate the online store for the decrease in value. To determine the characteristics or functionality of an item, you may need to break the packaging in some cases, which should be done as gently as possible and returned along with the item.

Please note that you do not have the right of exchange or withdrawal for goods that have been produced according to your instructions or have otherwise received a clear personal touch, goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken, audio or video recordings and computer programs with broken seals, perfumes, and similar products that have been opened, goods that can deteriorate quickly or become obsolete, single issues of a newspaper or magazine (but you have the right of withdrawal if you have subscribed).

If the item is defective when you open the package or if there is a problem with the item, you, as a private individual, have a total of 3 years from the date you received the package to make a complaint. However, the complaint must be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after you discovered the defect.

Private individuals who use their right of withdrawal are responsible for the return shipping cost. In case of a defect in the item, we will reimburse the return shipping cost and what you paid for the damaged or incorrectly delivered item, provided we cannot send a new item to you within a reasonable time.

A return or complaint number must always be included. Returns and complaints without an approved return or complaint number will not be accepted.


  • This instruction applies to all types of return requests. It's important that you fill in all fields on the return form. The return number is valid for 14 days, and the return must reach us within these days.
  • We will contact you by email as soon as your request is received and verified.
  • When returning items, ALL products must be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories.
  • Please remember to always send the product within a protective package to avoid damaging the original packaging.
  • Pack the goods well to avoid damage.
  • Include a copy of the return confirmation in the return shipment and send it to us.

NOTE! Returns that are sent in without an approved return or complaint number will not be accepted.
