Return Information
- When purchasing products from the website, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason, with certain exceptions noted below. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 30 days from the day you received the ordered product.
- When making your purchase through the website, you are allowed to open the packaging to check that the product is intact; however, opening the seals on the bottles is not permitted, as this affects the expiration date. If a product is sealed, you may not break the seal.
- Products should be returned to us at Grevgatan 48, 114 58 Stockholm, using the return shipping label you will receive via email once your return request has been confirmed.
- The return must be sent within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.
- You are responsible for the condition of the returned product from the time you receive it until we receive it.
- If you cancel your purchase before the shipment has been booked, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges.
- If you cancel your purchase after the shipment has been booked, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery charges.
- The refund will be made without unnecessary delay and, in any case, no later than 7 days from the day we have received and inspected your return. The refund will be made using the payment method you chose at the time of purchase unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
- We reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 150 SEK for return shipping & handling, which will be deducted from your refund.
Complaint Information
- When ordering via the website, you always have the right to make a claim on the product within three years from the day you received it. If you wish to report a defect in the product, you should contact us as soon as possible after discovering the defect.
- To be valid, the claim must always be made within a reasonable time after you noticed or should have noticed the defect. A claim made within two months of discovering the defect is always considered made within a reasonable time.
- We recommend that you inspect the products when you receive them and report any damage to the packaging directly to the carrier or pickup location, noting the damage on the shipping documents.
- You are responsible for the condition of the claimed product from the time you receive it until we receive it.
- Once we have received the claimed product and confirmed that the claim is valid, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable law. This means the defect will be remedied, or we will replace the defective product with a new one. If this is not possible or if we deem it more cost-effective, we may instead refund the amount you paid for your order, including shipping costs.
- Please note that we reserve the right to deny a claim if it is determined that the product is not defective according to applicable law, in which case we will not reimburse any expenses for return shipping.

It's important that you fill in all fields on the form below. - We will contact you by email as soon as your request is received and verified.
- When returning items, the products must be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories.
- Pack the goods well to avoid damage.
- Write your order number as well as "Return" or "Complaint" on a piece of paper and include it in the return package.
